At Heron IT, we believe technology should empower- not overwhelm. We’re seeking a passionate Technical Services Manager to build strong client relationships, deliver robust IT solutions, and guide businesses toward confident, informed decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Build trusted partnerships with clients, helping them achieve their goals.
- Safeguard businesses from cyber threats with best-in-class solutions and training.
- Deliver clarity on budgets, cashflow, and tech life cycles.
- Tailor IT solutions to fit each business’s unique needs.
- Drive excellence by implementing systems that simplify performance and elevate customer experience.
- Align technology strategy with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with our expert team as a trusted advisor or extension of in-house IT teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Prior experience in a similar role within an MSP or IT services company.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and service desks.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, servers, networking equipment (firewalls,
- routers, switches, VLANs).
- Experience with system monitoring and preventative maintenance.
- Familiarity with IT Helpdesk operations and ticketing systems (e.g. HaloPSA).
