Our IT Strategy
Supply the business with 20 new PCs and laptops to keep employees working normally while upgrades to Windows 10 were installed on their own machines.
Our solution
- Member of Heron IT staff seconded on site for three months to update software as part of rolling process or cascade.
- This ensured no staff time was lost and the service to Smartest Energy customers was unaffected.

- Sourcing and installing IT equipment.
